BuySanpete.com is a business directory service for Sanpete County, Utah, that allows users to:

  • Search and browse local business listings
  • Submit and manage business listings
  • Claim ownership of existing business listings
  • Leave reviews and ratings for businesses
  • Access business contact information and details

3. User Accounts

Account Registration
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • One person or business may not maintain more than one account
Account Responsibilities
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Business Listings

Listing Accuracy
  • All business information must be accurate and up-to-date
  • You may only submit listings for legitimate businesses
  • You must have authorization to list a business on behalf of that business
  • False or misleading information may result in listing removal and account suspension
Business Claiming
  • You may only claim businesses you own or have authorization to manage
  • Verification may be required to complete the claiming process
  • False claims may result in account termination

5. User Content and Reviews

Content Standards

When posting reviews or other content, you agree that your content will:

  • Be truthful and based on your actual experience
  • Not contain defamatory, offensive, or inappropriate material
  • Not violate any laws or regulations
  • Not contain spam, advertising, or promotional content
  • Respect the privacy and rights of others
Content License

By posting content, you grant BuySanpete.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, publicly display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use BuySanpete.com to:
